How to Flirt: Another Book By Handsome

Miss Midford,

I hope the beginning of the season has been everything you've hoped for—unless, of course, you have plans to attend Pendergast's finishing school come September. I'm hosting an afternoon at the Three Broomsticks for graduating students this Friday, and your attendance would undoubtedly make the day even brighter. I'm not sure how comfortable your guardians (or you, for that matter) are with the idea, but I thought I'd extend the invitation.

With my best regards,
Handsome Whitledge

Mr. Whitledge,

I've been well but to be honest being out in society has caught me of guard. On some days I do wish we were still back at Hogwarts. But It's only been a week and I'll hopefully get used to it. I hope you and your sisters are in good shape as well.  A get together sounds wonderful though I have to regretfully decline your invitation. You see, my father is too strict to allow me to go. It would be "unbecoming of a lady" as he says. I also doubt that you or our former school mates wish to deal with an angry chaperone. Perhaps will see each other some other time.

Sincerely,
Katherine Midford

Miss Midford,

I suppose attending a pub party primarily attended by rowdy boys wouldn't be the best way to make a good impression upon society. Your absence will be mourned, nonetheless. I'm sure we'll run into each other one of these days—I'll be accompanying Cupcake to society events once we're officially out of mourning.

Sincerely,
Handsome Whitledge
