Mr. Adlard,

I write with two-fold purpose. The first is by way of introduction: my name is Nell Brierley, and I have recently accepted the Care of Magical Creatures vacancy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. While instruction will assuredly be a new experience, I have more than a decade's experience researching and working with beasts of all sorts across the globe. I am excited to share this knowledge with the children of magical Britain, and I daresay will be having some semi-regular correspondence with your offices.

This leads me to my second purpose: an appointment. I would love to make arrangement to make an appointment with yourself—or, if better suited, a representative from your department's Beast Division. I believe that such connection will allow me to better educate the students at Hogwarts and ensure all matters are handled appropriately.
