OKAY SO basically my home province stuck in a 2% rent increase cap which on paper is fabulous but in actuality, we have a plague of fixed-term leases, one of which is my own. After literal months of poking to sign again without hearing anything concrete back (which did wonders for my anxiety...) I received notice this week that they will not be renewing my lease, rendering me HOMELESS at the end of April.

Well, homeless lite. I will never be truly homeless thanks to fam/friends, unlike many people also in this province have I mentioned the rental market is absolute trash

So that is ~where I've been~ emotionally and physically. I am 97% fine tho so worry not! Also it's spring break so you're stuck with me. I have a fun mini plot on tap so watch this space
