My name is Tabitha Chevalier and I will be the healer taking care of Mr. Ollivander while he is in the hospital. In a better effort to treat him, I need the recipes for any potions that may have been on the shelf when he was injured. Mr. Ollivander said you would be able to locate the necessary documents to share with me so that I may continue to treat him appropriately.

I hope I've been of proper assistance to you (and that Mr. Ollivander is doing well). I've attached documents containing the recipes for the potions I believe were up on the shelf with this owl. Though I will admit Potions was not my strongest subject in Hogwarts, I believe I'm at least competent enough when it comes to locating these sorts of things.

Send my regards to Mr. Ollivander. I'll be praying for his health.
