Designing a character and there's a part I need to know Staffs thoughts on so I know which direction I am running with this:

With blood curses that are placed on ancestors and passed down the line - does it only work on magical blood? So, would a muggle for example, be unaffected no matter how hard the offended cursing witch wiggles their nose at them?
