It wasn't that she'd forgotten about Miss Ruby Urquart, but obviously she had spent far less time thinking about her than she had about her twin sister, so of course Topaz was the one who immediately came to mind. In Juliana's world, Ruby was most often mentioned as something of an aside, a throwaway line in an article. Her twin sister will return to school in the fall, while Miss Topaz Urquart will be homeschooled. She imagined that Miss Ruby's absence from the pages of the Daily Prophet was no accident; they'd had plenty of the limelight already and were doubtless all sick of it by now.
