Also Im only getting this issue on iPad/mobile browsing.

This is the same on my laptop for all characters regardless of the window size.

Also, the ribbon at the top of the page with links to Newbie Guide, Directory, etc doesn't work for me. Census, Play-Bys and Documentation don't seem to have a link I can click no matter where I put my cursor.
