July 27th, 1895 — Coming out of Madamoiselle Violetta DeCroix; Ball; London
Being at an age where he was not yet branded a bachelor, Aristide tended to pick and choose which events he went to. Unless Adrienne requested he go to one, that is. But he had decided to accept the invitation to this coming out. Not because he knew the girl (he did not) or anything but simply because she was French. He missed France sometimes, even now and while he could technically jet off and visit it, it would not feel right to do so without his twin. Who was a mother now so could hardly traipse off because her twin sometimes got homesick. There was French violin music playing which made him feel at ease. He took a moment to admire some of the flowers, taking in their scent. They were lovely. Hopefully the rest of the evening would continue to fall into the same lovely vein.
