Fitzroy Prewett did, at one point, start howling like a wolf in a corner, eliciting laughter from a few men who were, likewise, toddlers in adult bodies. Rufina promptly went over to shush him; rumours that she may have smacked him on the arm are surely overblown.

She will also, probably, be keeping an eye on who Beckett Longbottom talks to. (And well, if she doesn't like what she sees, a little hexing that won't harm anyone too much xD)

Atticus Foxwood will stay just long enough to make an appearance, and then head home with his wife.

Violetta DeCroix Turns up in a pair with François Dupont and her parents. She is oblivious to all this werewolf stuff and just wishes to enjoy the event.

Harrison Knight Attends with his brother and they are escorting his sister Priscilla. His parents are not in attendance due to his father's ill health and have sent their apologies. He wants to dance and flirt with eligible debutantes.

Antelope Grace parents are there, but they blend into the crowd as they are lower-upper class and are not as flashy as they contemporaries.

Outside of his incoming thread with Callista Adebayo, Beckett definitely was either tooling around with his cousins and being generally obnoxious, or flirting with Juniper.

Regan & Aoife probably only hung around long enough to say hi, dance once and then dipped. Her family was probably loud and raucous and generally a good time.

Ziya Burroughs was stealthily avoiding Robin and probably didn't stay the whole evening, but made the rounds.

Cordelia Emsworth made sure she appeared, maybe tried to network and then also dipped, this is not her thing lol.

I may post an open Syd thread, haven't decided yet. He's Curious, but unwilling to admit it lol

Ife too busy gloating (tastefully) about Genia dancing with Claude Lestrange to bother with gossip.

Alasdair Greyback was absent and made no excuses or pretenses. Did not return the invitation one way or another. If asked about it before or after, gave cagey answers that probably sounded guilty AF.

Tiberius Lestrange doesn't really like to socialize and feels Rufina wouldn't dare pick bones with him so sent his regrets. Or asked Tig to, maybe she forgot.

Thom Pettigrew loves tea, he's all about this.

Emrys Selwyn sent regrets. He thinks this ordeal is tryhard and Rufina just wants to be relevant and he doesn't have the energy for that. He would have said as much if someone asked him before or after.

Acacia Darlington is here for polite chatter. Primarily came to not stain her family's reputation any more than it already has been. As for any anti-werewolf nonsense, Acacia is notably walking away from each and every one of those conversations unless another party interjects first speaking out openly in compassion. Want a thread where someone wants to openly talk to Acacia about her letter to the editor? Direct message me, please!

Ace Lukeson is notably absent due to his son being 'ill'. His siblings are trusted to do damage control and defense of "oh, he does get overly worried due to his late wife passing, please forgive him" which if anyone knows him, is actually pretty accurate.

Levina Wolff and fam are there. Dancing with suitors is to be expected.

Liliana Parkinson is smug af for having been invited, refuses to acknowledge any implications as to the notion that it is only to confirm her non-werewolf-ness.

Sweetie Whitledge is there with a tight-lipped smile. Unless someone in her party stops her, she will be actively verbally anti-the ball's purpose at large.

A Blessing from Kit

All out members of the Lockridge family are present and accounted for. Samantha herself is approaching this with lightheartedness; not trying to think about why they're all gathered tonight.

Beatrix Alardice will probably make enough of an appearance to stave off suspicion; Kayte and I need to finish a thread (maybe two) before I know her full status, unfortunately.

Phillip Darlington is attending, is compassionate to the werewolf cause, and is taking much the same stance his wife is (i.e. walking away from most any anti-werewolf sentimentality), though he's definitely doing it with grace.
