After a magical attempt on her life in 1877, Queen Victoria launched a crusade against magic that, while tidied up by the Ministry of Magic, saw the Wizarding community exiled to Hogsmeade, previously little more than a crossroad near the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In the years that have passed since, Hogsmeade has suffered plagues, fires, and Victorian hypocrisy but is still standing firm.
Thethe year is now 1895. It’s time to join us and immerse yourself in scandal and drama interlaced with magic both light and dark.
With the same account, complete eight different threads where your character interacts with eight different usergroups. At least one must be a non-human, and one a student.

From 12:00 EST on Friday the 22nd thru 12:00 EST on Monday the 25th, your posts will do more than just bring joy to the hearts of those around you (and potentially ruin character lives). In addition, they will help net you a BEAUTIFUL stamp and give you a chance to win prizes!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each "batch" will consist of 5 posts — and just THREE batches completes the weekend!
The catch? Each batch must include one post in an open thread.
Starting an open thread does not count, but replying to one does!
The long weekend runs from 12:00 PM EST on Friday the 22nd thru 12:00 PM EST on Monday the 25th — that means it might not line up exactly with your timezone, but everyone has the same amount of time to post!
Journals do not count, but you may count one letter per batch.
All posts must be linked here no later than Thursday, August 28th.
Every completed batch will add an entry to a prize draw for a Character Playlist, and those who complete the weekend get an entry in the summer raffle (info TBA)!
