On her way out, Greer had mostly forgotten about the exchange with Mr. Skeeter, even while finishing his cravat. She still didn't feel bad and she still thought she'd been in the right to call him out, but she was a professional, so gave the project her best, wrapped it up neatly and with his change and a receipt, she had stopped at the post office to send it and was incredibly thankful to be shot of the whole thing in finality.
