Sybille,
I am so sorry to hear about such a horrible experience. Not everyone is open-minded and kind, which is a sad truth. Your baking is wonderful, and it is always good to do what makes you happy - within reason of course. Baking is certainly not harming anyone. Well, unless you get burned. But I do hope that you are taking care to keep yourself safe around ovens of course. People are just bored with their own lives, so poke fun at others to make themselves feel better. It's an awful practice that I am glad you do not participate in.
Perhaps send the girl some cookies. With her own diary going around, I'm sure she feels awful as well. Kindness is always good to warm the hearts of others. And I know that your baked goods are full of love and kindness. Take care, Sybille. I do hope that classes are going well. Are you making friends? I'd be surprised if you haven't.
From,
Ace
