If someone uses an ATO to get a job they arent old enough for, is it one per year, or just a single token for the whole gap, subject to common sense check by staff (so no 17 year olds taking on a 50+ role).
Thanks

It's less "not old enough for" than it is "not experienced enough for" which are similar but not the same. If you have a specific scenario you want, I can better answer your question, though!

Hi, the specific example is François Dupont intention of eventually applying for head of muggle Liason Office when he moves to London properly. This is longer term plans but was curious if those plans were practical. He will have been a muggle Liason Officer for 10 years in the French ministry but will only be 27/28 years old. The requirements are 5+ years on the job and 30+ years old.

In this particular case, it would be
two AtOs: one for the
age and one for his
lack of experience—he
has experience, but it's not in the British Ministry. Alternatively, he can continue in the British version of his current post for a year and then only need one AtO for the age req.
