Dorothea deprioritised marriage in favour of work, and she does not regret this. But as the other potts woman settle into periods of happy marriage and motherhood it is bringing home to her that she is not.

I'm looking for someone to court and eventually marry her, she seeks a mutual companion and as spinsterhood has never really frightened her, she won't settle for a vile husband just to get a ring on her finger.

Her ideal would be someone a little older (35-45) who is also quite settled and not wanting to pull her life apart to suit his. Someone who values her commitment to her job and her love helping young people grow is a must, and they ideally should still let her work.

I'm looking for some hurling opportunities and would also quite enjoy her having a couple of ill fated blind dates with unsuitable matches just for fun.
