Charley's Delivery Service

As of November 1st, 1895, your local Hogsmeade urchin and flower girl extraordinaire will not only be delivering flowers to your door.

Now you can enlist her services in delivering (carry-able) items of your choosing to any location in Hogsmeade*! Secret urchin techniques and a can-do attitude will see your parcel delivered with zip and no** lip.

Since Charley is also my choice for NaNo, please help her establish this new service with threads ranging from:

• Contracting for delivery - Charley can often be found at the Florist Potts when not engaged elsewhere. Feel free to corner her at the shop, on the street, and arrange a delivery for your item. Price haggling could be involved, and pick-up is extra.
  
• Delivery for you! - Charley has something she was paid to deliver, and you're the lucky soul. What did you get? She's curious, always, and probably has thoughts she shouldn't share. Do you open it now? Perhaps a tip is in order as well.
  
• Misery, Mischief, or Competition - Hey, Charley's new service is cutting into your profits/messing up your vibe. Or maybe you didn't get the expected service and want a refund. You could also just hate urchins/Charley herself and want to see her taken down a notch to make yourself proud. Whatever your gripe, throw it at her.
  

General thread ideas are always welcome here or in my DMs, too.
*Service Areas may expand by reasonable demand.
**Lippy commentary may be made en-route, likely out of earshot, and only liable to blush those with anti-gossip wards.

I could see the Midwives of Mandragora (Tilda MacFusty Melinda Podmore Nimue Glynn) occasionally asking her to do some hand-deliveries! Maybe baby packages for expectant mothers etc!

Annnndddd not active but Hestia could always use an errand girl. If Charlie's trying to stay on the up and up however Apollonia Honeycutt would also employ her services! And so would Meredith Edgecombe of the Ivy Leaf Bakery :D

So many choices. I sense that Tilda or Apollonia are the best picks here like you suggested. Miss Polly might know (of?) Charley as a 3Brooms patron already to recapture that Hestia vibe if you want. And Charley would be interested in Tilda's potions craft aside from the delivery.

I'm good for either, throw one at me (here or DMs) or we can also just flip a coin.
