December 5 - 20 — I'll be scarce, working my extra after school job for some bonus cash, so I doubt I'll have time/energy to spare. Will probably be around on weekends. Toss in family obligations and trip prep and I'll get more scarce the closer we get to Christmas.
December 20 - January 3rd — probably absent, family holiday shenanigans and then LONDON. See y'all in 2026 lol.

About the Absence: It's the end of the school year for the girls so along with summer storms which since I'm asthmatic/sinus sensitive I do not react well to, summer prep for a pool that I've wanted for two years, a large tree falling in my backyard and nearly taking out said pool my kids are all kinds of end of school tired-ratty-bluesy topsturvy moody insert descriptive word my brain has been a whole lot of chaotic mumbo jumbo.

.............. If you do not understand what I'm trying to say that's a great example why I've been absent. I will do my best to post but they head off on holidays on Friday which whilst is a different type of chaos means they can live on their own timetables for a while.

Spoiler Alert Jan 31 2026: I did not return. I got all the neurospicy overwhelm with christmas and preparing for Christmas, then preparing for Everley's Birthday and the beginning of school, weather and my sinuses killed me. Plus the world news is not giving my brain any time to just chilllllllllllllllllll. I'm hoping to begin recovery now that's over and I've.... only got one month of summer left.

About the Absence: For those who don’t know, I had a kidney and liver transplant 2 years ago after a really long hospital stay and I am still very much so in recovery. I now have a slew of health problems that developed because of my previous illness and due to medication side effects. Sadly I am having some complications that are impacting my cognitive abilities and energy levels, so while I won’t be entirely absent, I will be slower than usual and likely writing shorter posts. Thank y’all for understanding!
